good god! has any one actually read about trooper wooten? the man should be in jail. if anything Palin was remis in not demanding that the trooper be fired. she should have forced an investigation into the whole trooper union. did she abuse her powers? no! she didn't use them enough. the man should not still have a badge. she had every right to fire monegan for not treating the allegations towards wooten seriously.
