Do I have the right to not let him have our son, if he has moved and refuses to tell me his new address? What Mother would hand her child not knowing where he is going? We have a 1/2 way meeting point which is about 2 hours for each of us. I live just over the line in GA and he lives in TN. Can he have me arrested for going against court ordered paperwork? I don't want him to have our child with me not knowing where he is living. Please let me know what you think. Thanks!
