Have i got appendicitis?? please help?

This is hard to answer. 1st are you ually active? (you don't have to respond back to me with this answer). However, Chlamydia has the same symptoms. Are you periods regular? when you have one is it heavy or light? It could be endometriosis, which sometimes doesn't show up on ultrasound or x-ray. There is something called referred pain, which is pain in a certain part of your body that is caused by something else in your body. An example would be left arm pain with heart attack victims. This could be caused by something else even though the appendix is in that area. I highly recommending getting a second opinion.
