Pls Dr's and nurses, I need piece of mind pls?

I am going to make dr appt today, hopefully ill get in this week, I just hope someone can give me info, I have been having like a pressure on my right side. sometimes I get like a pressure or almost like someone poking me from the inside out directly under my right . Then the pressure will run down my side and go into front right side and also into right back side. Then it feels llike a pinched nerve under my right shoulder blade, almost like a pinched nerve I guess, its tingling under shoulder blade. The pressure has been goin on bout 5 years. Sometimes when I take a deep breath it hurts under right shoulder blade. I have gone to dr about 2 months ago and they did ultrasound of gallbladder and it was normal, they ran a bunch of bloodwork and an h-phylori for ulcers, all that was all normal. I get heartburn alot and I take rantidine or protonix for that. I am scared so bad that it is something serious. I did talk to someone and they said they had some of same issues and their ultrasound came back fine but their problem still went on, then they ordered a HIDA scan and she had to have her gall bladder removed. I am just scared, im 32 and i guess in pretty good health otherwise. I have also had 2-3 EKGS done and they were normal. I really stress bad about this and I don't want too, but I fear of having a terminal cancer, I fear they will say they cant fix it, and also I exercise alot and I feel great, other than the stuff i listed, no appetite loss, no major weight loss, even with me exercising, uugghh. lol. Anyway Just would like some ideas, thank you so much.
