Which nfl games are televised in utah?

I'm from seattle, but going to school in utah. How do I know which nfl games will be televised by cbs and fox? Or I guess, how can I figure out what teams are considered "local" since the closest team is probably the broncos or the raiders. I've looked on nfl.com, and local fox and cbs websites.
