GUYs pls help :D pretty pls?

okay i am 5 foot 4 inches i have long (natrulyblonde)hair and big brown eyes and im kinda pail im going to see someone i really like should i wear a blue skirt and hello kitty shirt or gray skinny jean and an elmo shirt?
