Where is the water leakage inside my car coming from?

So every time I make a hard left or right turn, water from underneath my front penger side rushes out below the dash onto my floor mat. It really only leaks when I make a hard left or right turn. It doesn't smell, so I'm pretty sure it's just water. It's so annoying! What's the problem?
