What is YOUR opinion on this????? GIRL TROUBLE!!!?

Yeah, so as you guys know, it's Valentine's day today, and at lunchtime in school(We're both 16), I went to give my girlfriend who I'd been dating for 5 months and 5 days today her present..Now, I had written a card to her of which I put in the following stuff..I also brought her choclates and a rose so yeah that part went good..Now, when I went to give all this to her, she just stopped and looked at me, and asked "Where are we going with this?" and I seriously couldn't come up with an answer straightaway and had to think for a moment before I said "What do you mean? Is everything alright?" so yeah, then she said how she got a rose from her sister and how the feeling was pretty weird and everything was so confusing to her at the moment in time..And she probably saw that I had a worried look, so she said "Don't worry, we're not breaking up"...and I was pretty surpirsed at that..coz usually girls say those stuff at the start and yeah....anyway so we proceeded ahead, and I was like "If you need anything at all, just let me know" (I know, corny, but I had to do something) and she just ignored my rose that I had painstakingly brought for her...and took the card and the chocolates after much persuasion..So my question is how do I go about my things now? Like do I still see her or just give her time to think it through? BTW we even talked about the space, and she said she was fine with that..My thought was that I should just give it time and maybe it will be alright? But I'm just not sure..I mean, she did reject my rose on Valentine's day..(Who does that? I'm sorry, I just don't take rejection very well, getting dumped would have been far better than rejecting something I made and gave her) It just doesn't make any sense...She also said I hadn't done anything wrong at all..So why the confusion?
