Spirit Commissioner Speech!?

I am running for my high school spirit commissioner and i have to make a speech in front of my entire cl. I have no idea what to put, i know i need to show them that i have spirit, and that i really want to be spirit commissioner, but i don't know what to say. My speech needs to be short, and sweet, any tips on what i should include?? Please help me!
