What does runtime error, line 31 unterminated string constant mean? I can't access my email thanks to this!

For the last week or so I have been trying to get into my email account but have just been getting this message. Whil I get the page that shows all ym folders etc in yaho I can't get into any of the folders and none of my messages etc load. What can I do? I really need to get into my account and access all my emails!
