His shy i bet he doesnt know what your thinking? and his scared to come up and talk to you i use to always state and the most gorgeous most beautifull girls ever in cl and i was really shy too and use to just stand and not say a word maybe thats why because i dont know someone im always shy and never speak if im with the boyz im chilled as but ye i reckon he likes u thats why his all touchy feely and he freaks out does he do this to anyone else?
