Oh no! i got a D+ in second semester ap english of my senior year?? will i get revoked for sure?

The problem is whether the D will prevent you from graduating from high school. High school graduation is an eligibility requirement for UC admission requirement as is four years of English. UC usually does not allow cles to be made up in the summer after the senior year.
