26 weeks pregnant with triplets and absolutely miserable?

Hi, I am 26 weeks pregnant with spontaneous triplets. These will be my 4th, 5th, and 6th babies. I have a 17 month old at home and minimal help to take care of her. I have sciatica so bad that some days I can barely walk. My doctor is about the worst doctor I have ever been to. He refuses to prescribe me any medication for my back or to sleep. I went to my appointment the other day because I have a lump on my outer labia and he suggested neosporin. It isn't working and he won't prescribe me anything even though he said it is an infection. I am uninsured due to a divorce battle and need a new doctor but can't find one that will take me. I know I'm just complaining but I'm so miserable. Are there any other moms of triplets that felt like this? I can't wait for this to be over.
