For all those videogame peeps out there!?

yeah i hate asking people how to get past a part in the game except im super stumped. there is this game csi dark motives,[ds version]n u have this wheel chair i got the hospital off of it but it wont let me click on to the handle so i can get the serial number and fingerprint. the green clicker thing isnt popping up sooo. yah
