I cant get the rear brakes to bleed on my firebird?

i have a 1994 firebird and i just changed the master cylinder and brakes all around and i cant get the rear brakes to bleed the front bleed but not the rear could it have something to do with the emergency brake? asking that because the emergency brake pulls up real real easy now and before
