Little Dead Riding Hood Halloween Hair?

heyyyy well as you probably know halloween is coming , ive decided on little red riding hood, im gonna cut up an old shirt black skirt socks boots and my friend has a red cape, so im all sorted, another friend has offered to do my makeup and she is ace at it, so no worries there, just i have no idea what to do with my hair, it has to be more on the dead side than the cute, but i dont wont to look totally mortifying, bare in mind i have bangs and medium length help , thank you if you reply :)
