Should I stay on the depo?

I've been on the Depo shot for over 3 yrs now, and Im starting to have some problems with it. First off My overies have been swelling for about 4 monthes now and the health deperment doesnt seem to care. They're always hurting me. For the last maybe 3 monthes I have been really jumpy and nervouse. I consantly have headachs, and my mood is constantly changing. I was reading up in it and other people have had the same problems. But they only got worse when they stoped taking it. Im a very forgetful person so I dont really want to get on the pill. Side affects of the pill I read were about the same but worse in some ways.. What should I do?
