Which country, statistically, adopts the most children?

This includes international adoptions and adoptions made within the country. Could you give me stats for the country that adopts the most children and the country that adopts the most children per capita? Please, please source your answers. I am writing a paper and need MLA information, so a guess/otherwise innaccurate answer won't help me. Thank you so much. :)
