Will I charged a fee if I leave my things in the apartment when I vacate?

I am at a hotel and not feeling well. So I cannot go to my apartment to take my things and clean the place. If I leave my apartment as it is and call and tell my apartment's manager to throw away all my stuff will I be charged any fee? If so approximately how much?
