Work crush am 17 he's 20 what should i do ?

am really crushing on this guy at work am only 17 and he 20 the age thing not really bothering me it just am not sure if he likes me but we just have so much fun we laugh and just have a joke and i am not sure if he likes me back because he always looks at me and sort of winks and gives me the biggest smile when i just say something stupid and today he gave me his car keys to go and get him summert then i sed do you really trust me and he sed of usee i do and he added me onfacebookk and was likeYou shud come out wiv me soon so i sed yea alrite wen i got some money and was like alrite good but he always nice to me and smiles at me and just have so much of a laugh but a lot of girls get along with him but i did notice he more talkative with me and that what do you think do you think am ready to much into it ma mates don't really get how i like so they don't understand please help :) x
