Could it be my kidneys The pain is terrible?

My problem is on my right side of my back I have terrible pain its been about a week now it hurts with the slightest touch,usually when I urinate I go alot but in the past week it seems like it isn't all coming out,Im not going often no burning so I don't think its an UTI. my back feels swollen on that side Im uninsured so if anyone knows what this may be & how to treat at home I really appreciate the advice
