Do you like my cast and story plot?

It sounds interesting to me. You have created a number of major characters (an ensemble cast) so would have to write stories for each one and somehow tie them all together since they will be working at the same hotel and interacting (in a complex fashion) with each other. I think that you should first outline your plot, deciding how your characters' stories will eventuate, and, once you've done that, try writing the story. Only by actually writing it will you discover whether it will work for you. I think that it has potential; I'd like to read what you create. (Don't bother "casting" it yet!) Good luck!
